High School Science Teacher
I chose a career in education because I want to help students rediscover (or perhaps just discover) a love of learning and appreciation for curiosity. I am excited for and value CATA’s focus on social-emotional learning this year in order to help build well-rounded individuals that have a good understanding of themselves and their relationships. I hope to provide an environment where every student feels comfortable enough to build their knowledge of science through making mistakes, following their curiosity and interests, and discover the relationship between their knowledge of themselves and their ability to grow as a person.
