Seventh/Eighth Math & American Government Teacher

I entered the teaching field after a career in banking. I left banking, because I wanted to share my passion for government and American history with today’s students. We live in a great country and I want our students to understand why it is a great country. While teaching them to be able to defend their reasoning. My students will learn that there are adults that want to support them. Students will work to develop critical thinking skills; they will use them during my class and as adults. CATA families work hard to provide positive educational opportunities for their children. Students of CATA families are held to a higher standard of academic output. Parents support teachers in the educational process. Teachers are appreciated by CATA families in numerous ways.
