Physical Education Teacher

I have loved learning and appreciated the great teachers who opened new worlds for me. It is the only career I have ever considered because I truly want to follow the example that was set for me in order to instill a joy of learning in my own students. Teaching allows me to make a contribution to society and positively influence the next generation to better their community. From working at CATA, I feel gratitude and appreciation for all teachers for the ways learning is implemented by demonstrating and practicing acceptance, creating diverse relationships, encouraging student expression, and promoting a supportive and understanding context for learning. There is nothing that makes me, as a teacher, prouder than seeing our students flourish. I intend to do my best in aiding the students in going on to build upon their skills in order to reach their dreams. I, as a PE teacher, have a goal of creating the most pleasant and safe learning environment so students will come into our classroom excited to learn and grow.
